Hydrotherapy

Warm water, deep relief.

Our dry hydrotherapy table combines flotation, heat and massage. You stay fully clothed, and most people never want to get up.

How it works

A massage that floats.

You recline, fully clothed, on a mattress filled with heated water. Rotating jets beneath it send waves of warm water along your spine, delivering a deep-tissue massage to the whole back at once.

Sessions usually run 10 to 15 minutes, with the water kept comfortably warm. The pressure is adjustable from gentle and soothing to powerful and invigorating.

When the timer ends, rest a moment before getting up so your body can settle.

Three things at once

Flotation, heat and massage.

Flotation

Water’s buoyancy takes the strain off weight-bearing joints, so your muscles can let go completely.

Heat

Warmth opens blood vessels, improves circulation and has a naturally calming effect.

Massage

Rolling pressure eases trigger points: the knots that feed the cycle of spasm, pain and stiffness.

Benefits

Why patients love it.

  • Relaxes tight muscles and relieves spasm
  • Increases circulation and mobility
  • Eases pain and fatigue
  • Helps tissue heal and recover
  • Prepares muscles for a more comfortable adjustment
  • Simply feels wonderful after a long week

He provided the adjustment, heat pads, muscle stimulator, and hydrotherapy table. Also, I love the location. I will be back.
